WHAT DATA THIS COVERS

When you contact Elite Ink Publishers through Facebook Messenger, we may store your Facebook display name, your Page-scoped identifier, the content of your messages and attachments, message timestamps, and the record of the conversation between you and our business. This page tells you how to have that data deleted.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

To request deletion of your Messenger conversation data and any related personal information we hold, follow these steps:

• Send an email to support@eliteinkpublishers.com from the email address associated with your inquiry, or message us on Facebook Messenger from the same account you used to contact us.
• Use the subject line “Messenger Data Deletion Request.”
• In the message, tell us the Facebook name you used to chat with us so we can locate your conversation.
• To protect your privacy, we may ask you for information necessary to confirm that the request is genuinely yours before we act on it.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

• Once we have verified your request, we will delete the associated Messenger conversation data and related personal information from our systems within 30 days.
• We will send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
• We may retain a limited amount of information where a longer period is required for contracts, payment and billing records, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or to comply with our legal obligations. Any such retained information is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
• Please note that data held by Meta Platforms (Facebook/Messenger) within your own Facebook account is governed by Meta’s policies. You can also manage or remove the business from your Facebook settings and delete the conversation on your side directly within Messenger.
